Fresh meals will last for up to 5 days in the fridge from the day of delivery, or up to 10 weeks in the freezer if you freeze the meals upon delivery.
How do I heat my meals
*If fresh, heat in the microwave for 1 to 2.5 minutes. *If frozen, heat in the microwave for 3 to 6 minutes.
