Our meals are delivered fresh, never frozen — ready to heat and enjoy.
They remain fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them if you want to extend their shelf life.
Meals come fully cooked. Just microwave for 2–3 minutes, or until heated through. (Times may vary depending on the appliance.)
When you select the Low Carb option, Chef Steph replaces high-carb sides like rice, pasta, or potatoes with low-carb alternatives — think cauliflower rice, zucchini, extra veggies, or leafy greens. You get all the same bold, from-scratch flavors without the extra carbs. This option is included at no additional cost.
The High Protein option adds a substantial extra serving of lean protein to your meal — typically an additional 4–6 oz of chicken, beef, shrimp, or fish depending on the dish. It's designed for those who train hard and need more fuel. An additional charge of +$5 per meal applies.
